Common Questions

SUMMER CAMP FAQ

When does registration open?

January 1, every year. Summer Camp fills through the winter and spring, so the earlier you pick your weeks the better your odds on the popular ones.

Do we have to commit to all ten weeks?

Not at all. Take one week or all ten — whatever fits your summer. The weekly rate simply improves the more weeks you take, from $420 for a single week down to $350 per week at eight or more.

What does a day look like?

8am–8:30am is cardio, stretching and a full-body warmup. 8:30am–12pm is skill building — drills, fundamentals, court confidence. Lunch is 12pm–1pm. Game time runs 1pm–4pm with scrimmages and friendly competition, then supervised free play 4pm–5pm. The full breakdown is above.

Is art available at Summer Camp?

Not yet — Summer Camp is basketball for now, with art and the combined Basketball & Art camp arriving in 2027. If your child wants art this year, our art training and art day and week camps are running today.

Camp already started — is it too late?

Online registration closes once camp is underway, but weeks can still open up. Call or text 347-696-1989 and we'll tell you what's left.

What should my child bring?

The Elite Skills uniform and a water bottle — plus basketball sneakers for court sessions. We provide everything else: all the equipment for basketball. There's a lunch break 12pm–1pm each day.

Is a uniform required?

Yes, at every session — no uniform, no participation. Uniforms aren't sold through online registration — call or text 347-696-1989 or email info@eliteskills.org to order one. See the full Uniform Policy.

Do you offer make-ups?

No — we don't offer make-ups. Every participant attends their own designated class or camp date; you can't attend a different day, time, or session in place of one you missed.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds after the first session.

What ages, and is it co-ed?

Ages 3 and up, and yes — every session is co-ed. Every coach on staff is background-checked, vetted to work with youth, and AED and First Aid certified.
